Stepped down as Chief Executive Officer effective 30 June 2005 and was appointed Managing Director and Deputy Chairman effective 1 July 2005. Resigned as Managing Director on 26 October 2006. Re-elected Director 26 October 2007. Appointed Chairman of the Board effective 25 June 2009. Member of the International Fellowship of Certified Collectors. Stepped down as Chairman to become Deputy Chairman effective 25 June 2009. Kerry Daly Independent Director Mr Daly is an experienced public company director with thirty years experience in the financial services sector, including twenty years at CEO, Managing Director and Executive Director level.
He has been an ASX listed company director continuously since 1992 and is currently chairman of Queensland's largest project home builder Tamawood Limited (TWD) and a non-executive director of Queensland Trustees and Investment Limited (QTI), as well as 2 unlisted businesses.
Mr Daly is a qualified CPA and holds the degree of Bachelor of Business (Accountancy), QUT.
From January 2001, he was an executive director of fixed interest brokerage and investment banking business Grange Securities Limited until it was acquired by Lehman Brothers in February 2007 when he was appointed at managing director level in the Australian operations.
Prior to that, Mr Daly was Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of The Rock Building Society Limited from 1987 to December 2000, where he initiated its demutualisation and was responsible for its ASX listing and a significant improvement in its financial performance. During Mr Daly's tenure as Managing Director, shareholder returns averaged in excess of 25%pa compound, including fully franked dividends.
Mr Daly has a strong understanding of compliance, governance and consumer protection laws, as well as a practical application of the Australian Accounting Standards, ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act to corporate decision-making. |

David Gray Independent Director David Gray has an impressive portfolio of current and previous directorships and more than 20 years experience in senior executive positions with large national and international companies. David is currently the Chairman of Queensland Cyber Infrastructure, Chairman of Australia Research Council for Aviation Automation, Deputy Chairman of Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) and a Director of the Brisbane Airport Corporation. |
